My favorite video website is youtube , it is a cool site where we can actually view other people video clips or posting our video clips. I wrote this blog when youtube had just started recently.
Please check out academicearth.org , an awesome website in which we could listen to lectures of interesting subjects from Stanford, UC Berkeley, etc... A few days ago, I found out that tonsils once thought to be useless, now they actually help with making cells to fight diseases (see Vascular System II: Lymphatic System lectured by Marian Diamond in the Biology section)
