A Blissful Moment

Recently I met a young, tall, handsome teller at my bank.  At the beginning, it was just business as usual, but I did notice that he is very handsome like a GQ model.  One day we got to talk longer when it was slow at the bank and there was no customers in line.  We were talking about surfing at the beach, about how Oceanside beach is known for XXX Surfing Contest because of its shallow bottom for people to enjoy riding longer waves, about our experiences being stung by stingrays, and how dopamine, a happy hormone, being responsible for excruciating pain when it is injected directly into muscles, a hormone that is responsible for love and pain, and about eating fruits, such as, blueberries that are loaded with antioxidants instead of taking antioxidant pills, etc... It was a fun talk indeed.

The next day I needed to go to the bank, but I did not want to come inside the bank because I had just got back from the gym, my hair was still wet from swimming, my attire was not up to par, etc....  So, I had to go to the supermarket nearby to break a large bill, then I went to the ATM to deposit some cash into the account.  As I was leaving the ATM, he was walking out with a customer, and said "Hello Stranger!"  Wow, I was smiling and I could not believe the odd of me running into him when I had tried to avoid him at all costs in the first place.  I suppose Destiny had its own purpose.  I was hurriedly walking back to my car and drove away.  I swear I could sense his feelings, I could see that he was lingering at the door catching the last glimpse of me as I drove away.  Wow, I could not believe the odds of running into him that day, a blissful moment, and I was smiling all day that day.

I was busy with work for about one or two weeks, then I came back to the bank twice, one was to find out about his name, and a week later, the second time was to find out that he already transferred to Los Angeles.  Ouch, how short the blissful moment could be!
